Assessment:

Really as good as people say it is. The story did not win me over in the first few hours, but it all pays off in the routes, each of which got to me in their own way. This is a mystery within a grounded cyberpunk setting, which feels fresh without all the tropey neon and robot arms. Characters aren't the most complex but they're executed so well, and the protagonist has such a strong and enjoyable personality.
The horniness depends on which route you're playing, ranging from one sweet scene at the end to multiple extreme scenes before the climax even starts. The game is interested in sex, violence, and sexual violence, and I like how important that makes these scenes, with many critical character moments happening within them. I think this is one of its greatest strengths and it might be one of the first times I've seen sex given so much weight and genuine respect within a story.

Art:

Basically perfect, maybe a little sterile. There's something very flat about the lighting and compositions but it mostly works in its favour, the lack of focal points letting you wander around each image soaking up all the details. The colours are bright and stylish, with characters feeling vivid without becoming overwhelming to look at. Despite the flat lighting, the art feels very three-dimensional. Backgrounds have great perspective and are drawn with excellent proportion and depth, which (combined with the strangely realistic gore) contributes to the surreal yet grounded tone the game is shooting for.
