This is all Apricot's fault really. /c28 | 2026 05 11 | A friend of mine depicted as an owl. This started as a study of a photograph, but it quickly spun out of control into something more. I'm pleased with the colours, and the texture of the feathers. /c27 | 2026 05 06 | Gray wearing some sort of miltech stealth suit. Mostly a study piecing together various character designs from Gundam, Metal Gear, Togainu no Chi, and Warframe. /c26 | 2026 05 01 | A study of a pretty photograph. I loved the way that the light captured the shape of fat and muscle across the torso and back, and I tried to recreate it as well as I could. I'm very happy with the colours - they look warm and soft. | NSFW /c24a | 2026 04 28 | Gray again. As usual I really wanted to focus on the length and size of her body, trying to depict her as unapologetically masculinised without compromising on her femininity. I'm not sure how much of this is genuine desire to authentically portray a type of body that is often caricaturised, and how much is me simply trying to make the most attractive person I can imagine.
Regardless, I'm very pleased with her shoulders, breasts, and hair. The scars are done in a different way than I usually go for, using two brushes of differing thickness, but I think the effect is convincing. Having them split through her tattoos felt inspired. | NSFW /c23 | 2026 04 18 | ??? | NSFW /c21 | 2026 03 19 | ??? /c19 | 2026 03 02 | Eliot, a Brown Hyena (sometimes known as a strandwolf). I think these are very beautiful animals, so I attempted to render one as a furry-style character. /869 | 2026 01 01 | A beautiful orange haired boy. The jewellery is inspired by real Celtic artifacts, but the blue paint is totally ahistoric. It is cute though. /c18 | 2026 02 27 | ??? /c17 | 2026 02 26 | A study of a bronze statue, re-imagined as a pretty boy. This makes me think I should study statues more, as they often have very interesting posing; the twisting of the neck, shoulders, and hips creates a dynamic look. /c16 | 2026 02 23 | A largely ahistoric drawing inspired by Celtic clothing and jewellery. The idea here was to draw from my imagination, and then study actual artifacts and recreations to see how far off my imagination was. The boy himself ended up quite cute, I like the palettes you can make around a bright orange. /c15 | 2026 02 17 | ??? | NSFW /c14a | 2026 02 16 | Marcel, from Cross Canvas. I was having trouble visualising what he looked like naked, so I drew this. Really he should have a little more body fat, but nonetheless I'm happy with his femininity and softness. | NSFW /c11 | 2026 01 21 | Els. This was a study of a piece I found very captivating. I want to get better at lighting bodies from different angles, as it reveals a lot of interesting shapes. I think its little horns are very cute. /c8 | 2026 01 09 | A study of a photograph taken of me a while ago. I'm not sure why I put this in a circle, it just felt right. The photo in question was taken on film, which gave it a yellowish tint that I tried to capture. /c7 | 2026 01 09 | ??? | NSFW /c6 | 2026 01 06 | ??? /c5 | 2026 01 05 | ???
